The Gold level coaching option offers a training plan specifically designed for YOU. We will create a plan that fits best into your schedule and provide all the details of each workout. The plan length will vary depending on the distance of the race you are doing and what your goals are for the race will be determined initially through some questionnaires and a consultation and then based on feedback moving forward. This option is geared towards athletes that want a customized plan, but don’t feel the need to have someone looking over their shoulder throughout, reviewing their workouts, or developing race strategies for their races.

The Platinum level coaching option will provide you with everything you need in preparation for your race. This includes a customized training plan and unlimited communication with your coach. Whether you have questions about a workout, need to adjust the plan to fit in a change due to a change in your schedule, your coach proactively recognizes an adjustment to your training is needed, have a question about nutrition during training, or any other issues you may have, your PTC coach will be there for you. We will provide you with all the tools, both physically and mentally, to achieve your race goals. Here are the details of everything included in this package:

Private & Group Lessons
PTC Coaches are available for group private lessons. We offer lessons for swimming, biking, running, and strength group training. Whether you’re looking for help just for yourself or a group, our coaches can give you the attention you need to help you improve. Previous sessions have included: open water swim sessions, private swim lessons, group training rides or runs, seminars on a topic of your choice, or anything in between. Pricing varies depending what exactly you’re looking for.
Nutrition Coaching And Meal Plans
Dialing in your nutrition can be just as important as your training itself. If you’re not fueling properly or taking in the right foods at the right time, you will not perform to the best of your abilities. Peak has partnered up with PNOE to better understand our athlete’s specific metabolic and individual needs when it comes to their nutrition. We can provide you with an RMR (resting metabolic rate) and VO2 Max test. After completing a questionnaire to fully understand your requirements, our team will a very deep, data backed, understanding of you and your needs. We will then take that information to develop a customized daily meal plan schedule that meets the demands of your specific body and schedule.
Testing Services
RMR and VO2 Max Testing
Using PNOE’s award winning and accurate testing device, Peak can provide you with some powerful insight into your body and its individual needs. Stop relying on basic formulas that are very rarely accurate for each individual and start basing your training of data. Peak can provide RMR (resting metabolic rate) and VO2 Max tests to give you a full analysis of your caloric expenditure each day as well as well help you develop accurate training intensity zones. The The RMR test is a simple, non-invasive way that accurately measure how many calories you burn at rest. During the test, the PNOE machine captures and analyzes the composition of your breath, determining your oxygen consumption, to measure the rate at which you consume energy. A VO2 max test is a maximal exercise test performed on a bike, rower, treadmill, or exercise machine while connected to our PNOE analyzing your expired air. Your test provides data on how much oxygen you use as you exercise and determines the maximal oxygen you can consume during exercise.
Bike Test and Analysis – Bike
Come to the PTC training center for a bike test and spin stroke analysis. The test will include the actual test on a Wahoo Kickr Smart Trainer to determine your heart rate and/or power training zones. We will also have you spend some time evaluating your riding to assist you with improving your cycling stroke.
Run Gate Analysis – Run
Come to the PTC training center or the local track for a run gate analysis. Proper running form is critical to getting faster and more importantly, injury prevention. A video analysis of your run form will help us to improve your run form.
