Well it was a quite turnaround from Syracuse, but I headed up to Lake Placid on the Thursday following Syracuse 70.3. This was the ideal weekend for my clients and other NEMS members to go up in train on the course. I love training in LP so I couldn't pass up the opportunity. We ended up staying in a condo about mile or some from the center of town. We had a great group and had a blast. Here some video and are some pics:
The weather was not ideal on Friday to say the least, but we battled through. It ended up clearing up a bit for Saturday and Sunday which was nice. We all got some excellent training in and really enjoyed each others company.
