My triathlon journey  forever changed when I made the investment to work with my coach. The greatest impact on my triathlon journey was working with a coach.

A dedicated knowledgeable professional in your corner working with you to set goals, plan and more importantly reflect on training and racing results in invaluable!!  As a busy physical therapist and Mother I did not think I would benefit from working with a coach.  What I quickly realized was that working with a coach resulted in reaching new performance highs that extended way beyond  sporting endeavors.  

My mission is to share my experience to assist you in achieving your goals.
